1. Services

EDPAK Limited provides consultancy and advisory services in business management, marketing, HR support, and premises licence guidance.

EDPAK Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We do not conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, or provide reserved legal services.

3. Engagement

Services are provided subject to written agreement or email confirmation.

4. Fees

Fees will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of services.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
